Product Description 

  • MSN Equine has taken every care to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible. 
  • Every effort has been made to show the colours of the product as exactly as possible. 
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer system or browser software used by you.
  • Products displayed on this website are only available whilst stocks last. 
  • Acceptance of Orders Orders placed with MSN Equine will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full. 
  • MSN Equine will confirm acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds via email (where a valid email address has been provided). 
  • You will also be notified via email if an item is unavailable. 
  • Please allow 10-14 working days for any "Bespoke, Handmade to Order" items to be handmade and ready for shipping. 
  • Please allow 1-2 working days for any "In Stock" items to be ready for shipping. 

Payments
  • All online payments are processed safely and securely through our payment services provider, PayPal. 
  • PayPal automatically encrypts all sensitive information ensuring your financial & personal information remains private. 
  • You can review the PayPal privacy policy at www.paypal.com. 
  • You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal as all major debit & credit cards are accepted. 
  • MSN Equine is not registered for V.A.T.
   

Delivery & Returns

Orders

  • Please allow 10-14 working days for any "Bespoke, Handmade to Order" items to be handmade and ready for shipping. 
  • Please allow 1-2 working days for any "In Stock" items to be ready for shipping.
  • In the unlikely event of a delay, you will be notified immediately. 

Delivery
  • The Delivery Service used for small items is Royal Mail. 
  • The Delivery Service used for large items is MyHermes. 
  • All UK Orders with a value of £100 and over qualify for FREE UK Mainland Delivery.
  • Proof of Postage will always be obtained and Tracking Numbers provided where applicable.
  • Delivery times will be dependent on the chosen method of delivery once your item is dispatched. 
  • All postage costs are listed with the item for sale.
  • Multiple purchases will be offered a combined postage charge.
  • All postage costs are for the UK only. 
  • International postage will be quoted upon request. 
  • Please note that purchasers are solely responsible for any import/customs duties and taxes due on their purchase.
  • MSN Equine will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed in customs.

Returns & Exchanges 
  • MSN Equine really hopes that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are in anyway dissatisfied your item can simply be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund. 
  • Please email MSN Equine via the Contact page explaining what you are returning and why so an exchange or refund can be arranged as soon as possible. 
  • The purchaser is to pay for any return delivery and this cost will not be refunded.
  • MSN Equine will only reimburse the return postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. 
  • Please use Recorded Delivery when returning goods as MSN Equine cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
  • Returned goods must show no signs of wear, rips, tears, staining, and in its original state and packaging. 
  • To return an item by post please repackage your goods with care and include details of the order.

  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, MSN Equine does not accept returns on tailor-made, modified or personalised items as they cannot be resold.
